Greek Cous cous salad with tuna & olives
Basic Recipe ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE
1 cup of Greek cous cous (groat)
1 can of tuna in water
2 table spoons Biological elea terra Kalamata Olives without kernels
250g . mushrooms
2 spring onions , finely chopped
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 cup organic skinned almonds
1/2 tea spoon cumin
1/2 tea spoon cilantro
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice and zest of 1 orange
