Cretan Raki & Greek Saffron
Basic recipe ingredients
10 stamens of Greek saffron
2-3 slices of orange peel with length and thickness of 1 finger
1/2 cinnamon stick
A very cordial, based on Cretan raki and miraculous saffron.
Place all ingredients in a large jar or bottle.
Leave the jar for 5 days in a dark place to rest.
After that period strain to remove only the filaments of saffron
