The modern nutritional needs, and scientific studies have created an urgent need for the food industry to focus on creating products that reach out to specific groups of patients, dietary communities (eg. Vegeterian), or food sensitivities. So products that are gluten-free, sugar substitutes like soy, stevia, carob, agave, salt free products etc are emerging. These products, mostly, require special management procedures, standardization and specifications beyond their specific components.
These products, especially those that do not have gluten in our country, to the fullest extent not have the necessary certifications since the creation of such units requires a very large single investment.
